Orkos Restaurant

Orkos means oath, promise. A Greek word that describes our devotion to creating a space where calmness and lavishness are combined with mouthwatering dishes, prime aromas, and breathtaking views. A space where all the senses awake. That was the fundamental idea, but the result became even more enthralling.

The project started with a view to offering the guests a restaurant worthy of their expectations. We started with remodeling the kitchen area to create a more practical and handier environment for the kitchen’s staff and afterward, we designed and implement the breakfast buffet which serves the Infinity Suites & Dana Villas guests. The outer space, designed with precision and emphasis on details, transformed into an engaging dining area.

Tasteful dining tables literally on the edge of the caldera’s cliffside, gentle atmosphere, and colorful views of the Aegean Sea and the sunset adorn the space creating an incomparable dining corner. And the highlight of Orkos is not even mentioned yet. A prodigious infinity pool lies next to the restaurant adding the element of water to the area and creating a more luxurious and unique flair. The floating decks of the infinity pool host dining tables and give the guests the chance to luxuriate in a romantic dining experience on the edge of the pool.
